Infinite Tai Chi and Qi Gong - 8 Week Course

Connect to the Power of the Universe! The ancient arts of Tai Chi and Qi Gong are deep and powerful and can enable you to dynamically take control of your health, your mind, your emotions and your life. They are the foundation for real personal empowerment and healing from the root.

In this course you will learn Tai Chi and Qi Gong specifically designed for healing, self-empowerment, spiritual foundation and unfoldment.

The main practices you will learn will be the Golden Sun Qi Gong routine and Stage 1 of the Infinite Tai Chi form. Beginners welcome!

You will also practice other Qi Gong sets such as the 6 healing sounds and Butterfly Sweeping.

Alex has a deep knowledge and experience with the Taoist arts and Chinese Medicine. He will be able to guide you and give you a foundation in the theory of Tai Chi and Qi Gong and the Taoist wisdom of Yin, Yang and Qi that underlies it. 

Weekly for 8 weeks, every Thursday from January 23rd to March 12th. 

7:00 pm - 8:30 pm - West Hampstead Community Centre
